We use this information to process your order, and communicate with you in respect of your order where necessary. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods i.e. passing your contact details on to couriers.
CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel your order, then either email sales@skin-systems.co.uk or call 0845 094 9129 (Mon - Sat 10.00 - 4.00), or by post to the address in the "About Us" section on the home page of this web site. If the item(s) has been despatched then just return the item(s) to us (you are responsible for the return post, the return address will be on the invoice) for a refund.
RETURNS: Goods may be returned for a full refund as long as they are in a new an unused condition if Skin Systems are contacted within 7 working days after you the customer take delivery of the products. Products will not be accepted for return if they have been opened as we will not be able to resell the product. We will not accept any parcels that have not been authorised by Skin Systems first. It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage and we strongly recommend you use some way of tracking your parcel. Faulty goods may be returned for inspection, goods returned must be in good condition, otherwise they will be returned and you will be charged the price of postage. If goods are returned it is the responsibility of you the customer for the return postage and the safety of the returned items. Any Item/s that is returned must have an allocated Returns Number by contacting Skin Systems before returning the products to us.
ERRORS: While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
If any item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via your e-mail address. If no response is made within 14 days your order will automatically be cancelled.
DELIVERY: Most items are in stock and will be sent out on the day of order if the order is received before 12.00 am; delivery is usually the next working day. If you have not received your goods within 3 working days please email sales@skin-systems.co.uk and we will track your order.
Our courier delivers to the delivery address not to a specific person, it is the customer’s responsibility to choose an appropriate safe & secure destination where you are happy for any person living there or working there to sign and receive the parcel.
SECURITY: PayPal Shopping is safe with Skin Systems as we use the PayPal transaction process which used encrypted software.
IMPORTANT: As we destroy payment details after payment for goods has been completed, we will need to contact you if you require a refund or there is a difference in price on exchanges.
LIABILITY: Skin Systems is not liable for compensation for any reasons due to inproper use of any of its products. If any skin irritation or rash develops after using any of the products purchased, immediatley stop the use of the product and seek medical advise.
